Outbound Apothecary ships deliberately. Every order is packed to protect the product and reach you without drama.

PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking.

If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact us immediately at support@outboundapothecary.com. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes.

SHIPPING

We currently ship within the United States. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and carrier conditions. Estimates are provided at checkout and are our best read, not a guarantee.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and order size.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

If something looks off, reach out. We will do what we can to help.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not able to reroute packages once they are in transit, and we cannot take responsibility for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

OUR GUARANTEE

We make gear for your skin. If it does not perform, you should not pay for it.

If you are not satisfied within 30 days of delivery, reach out. Tell us what happened. No hoops, no interrogation. We will issue a full refund or send a replacement, your call.

No return required on single-product orders. For bundles or multiple items, we may ask for a return before issuing a refund or replacement.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically process within 5–10 business days after approval.

This is a performance guarantee, not a loophole. We trust you, and we stand behind what we make.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If something arrives damaged or we got your order wrong, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will make it right immediately. No waiting, no back-and-forth.

THE FINE PRINT

A few things that fall outside the guarantee:

Gift cards are non-refundable

Final sale items are not eligible for return

Original shipping fees are non-refundable on returned orders

Bundles are refunded based on the original bundle price, not individual item pricing

This guarantee is designed for customers who genuinely try our products and are not satisfied, not for repeated claims. We reserve the right to decline refund requests we determine to be abusive.
